Guiding Principles

Vision, Mission & Quality

Vision

To remain the most respected name in the rural world, known for quality products, reliability and consistently better service.

Mission

To improve farmer yield and productivity through quality products and constant support — and through that, improve farming families' lives.

Quality

Reliable, excellent service built on customer satisfaction, ethics and long-term relationships with the farmers we work with.

Quality Control

Every batch passes three checks before it ships

01

Raw material testing

Every raw material is tested before production and accepted only if it meets our laid-down norms.

02

In-batch verification

Before packing, each batch is rigorously tested against specification, and only released after full verification.

03

Pre-sale inspection

Quality control managers inspect finished goods and draw random samples before any batch is released for sale.
